A graveside Service and Interment for the late Cecil Winston Holmes will take place at 2:00pm on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Westbury Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to Tudor’s Funeral Home no later than 12:30pm on Wednesday. Viewing will take place in the Chapel of Tudor’s Funeral Home on Monday, January 11th from 3:00pm until 5:00pm.
