My condolences to the family on your loss. My impression of Chris is that he was a good brother, son, father, uncle, and friend to those that knew him.

My beloved Brother, I am sad knowing you are no longer on this Earthly plane with us, but I am filled with joy knowing you are now free from any pain and illness. I will miss you dearly but will "keep the faith" as you told me to do. My love to you, Mum and Auntie and all others who have preceded you. Until we meet again. Love you.

When I was a kid I thought Chris was so cool because he rode a motorcycle and I wanted to ride one too, I still do. I have fond memories of him making me laugh by impersonating Donald Duck and Snuffleupagus. May your soul rest in peace. Give my love to Mum and Auntie.

I still find it somewhat difficult to accept that you are no longer here on this earthly plane. Thank you for letting us know that we are not to worry and that you are good and happy. This prayer is for you.

O my God! O Thou forgiver of sins, bestower of gifts, dispeller of afflictions!
Verily, I beseech thee to forgive the sins of such as have abandoned the physical garment and have ascended to the spiritual world. O my Lord! Purify them from trespasses, dispel their sorrows, and change their darkness into light. Cause them to enter the garden of happiness, cleanse them with the most pure water, and grant them to behold Thy splendors on the loftiest mount.
(Baha'i Prayer)

Near the end you kept saying God is good and to have faith. You are now experiencing "the cup that is life indeed" and the joy, gladness and everlasting life it gives.

"Death proffereth unto every confident believer the cup that is life indeed. It bestoweth joy, and is the bearer of gladness. It conferreth the gift of everlasting life."
(Baha'i Writings)

Until we meet again.
