Doreen Elise Payne, aged 90, better known as ‘Velda’, late of #50 Golden Rock, Pinelands, St. Michael.
Daughter of the late Elvie Holder and Vernon St. Hill.
Wife of the late Andrew Hugh Payne.
Mother of Jacquilene Parris and Judith Payne (both of NY), David and Rosie Selman, Coreen Selman-Harte, Malcolm Selman (Japan), Ashley and Chetwyn Payne.
Grandmother of Randy, Tishon, Rumesh (Canada), Jabar and Gailann Selman, Ricardo Piggott, Euclid and Chelief Herbert (USA), Diaonne Prescott, Shomo Thornhill, Karen and Sara Richards, Miguel Armstrong, Izel Gibbs, Tramaine Wallace (Canada), Jasari and Javori Payne (USA).

The funeral of the late Doreen Elise Payne leaves Tudor’s Funeral Home, The Ivy, St. Michael on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 12:15pm for Abundant Life Assembly, Bank Hall, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:30pm for a Service of Thanksgiving. The cortege will then proceed to the St. Barnabas Churchyard for the Interment. Flowers may be sent to Tudor’s Funeral Home no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday. The body will repose for viewing in the Chapel of Tudor’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 23rd from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
