Daughter of the late Winston Holder formerly of St. Elizabeth Village and USA and the late Muriel Doreen Belgrave of Lakes St. Andrew.
Mother of Dave Forde (Staple Grove, Christ Church), Cher’i Forde (Champers Restaurant) and Melissa Forde (Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds).
Grandmother of Zarielle, Zyaire, Nico Forde and Zakayla Thomas.
Stepmother of Michelle, Lisa and Natalie Richardson (all of Canada).
Sister of Marcel Hackett-Downes, Cheryl Hackett, Cheryl Darryl, Suzette, Anthony, Patrick, Cecil, Peter and Ryvan Forde, Winston Hackett, William Edwards and 11 others all of the USA.

The funeral of the late Joycelyn Cecilia Forde leaves Tudor’s Funeral Home, The Ivy, St. Michael on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at 12:45pm for the Chapel of Coral Ridge, The Ridge, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00pm for the Service followed by the Interment. No flowers by special request. Mourning colours are optional. The body will be reposed for viewing at The Sugar Hill Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Braggs Hill, St Joseph on Wednesday, July 29th, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Bus transportation will be leaving at 12:30pm from The top of Park’s Road, Todds Corner, Sugar Hill, Lammings and Airy Hill for The Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial and back.
