Myrtle Viola Montelle Jones, aged 89, late of Licorish Village, My Lord’s Hill, St. Michael. Retired employee of the National Conservation Commission (NCC), was called to rest on 16th September 2019.
Daughter of the late Irene Jones and William Walcott.
Mother of Laurene Pilgrim, Sandra O Jones, Lauriston, Rodney and Christopher Jones.
Sister of the late Gordan, Isalene and Ashton Jones.
Grandmother of Corey, Kadeem Taylor, Brooklyn and Keagan Jones.
Great grandmother of Carissa Taylor.
Aunt of Verline Jones.
Great aunt of Arlene, Stacy and Meranda Jones.
Mother-in-law of Curtis Pilgrim.
Relative of the Roberts, Sargeant and Welch families.
Friend of many.
The funeral of the late Myrtle Viola Montelle Jones leaves Tudor's Funeral Home, Ivy Main Road, St. Michael on Tuesday, 1st October, 2019 at 9:30am for the Belmont Methodist Church, My Lord’s Hill, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:30am for the Service of Praise and Thanksgiving. The cortege will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the Interment. The organist and members of the choir are kindly asked to attend. Flowers may be sent to Tudor's Funeral Home, no later than 9:00am on Tuesday. The body will repose for viewing in the Chapel of Tudor’s Funeral Home on Monday, September 30th, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
